Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Hays. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial management and analysis to support the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Own the accounting ledger, ensuring processes and controls are followed and maintaining a regular cycle of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage planning, forecasting, and budget processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with a strong academic record.
- Experience in managing monthly management accounts and ensuring accounting ledgers are maintained and ready for external audit.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
