Sales and Membership Acquisition Specialist

At Bannatyne, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Membership Acquisition Specialist to drive new membership sales and retention. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
Job Overview:
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. The successful candidate will have previous experience in sales, customer service or a fitness environment, with strong sales and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive new membership acquisition and retention.

- Attend weekly video meetings to discuss club performance.
