Key Responsibilities:

  3. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales approaches.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  5. Travel regularly to meet with clients, attend industry events, and provide coaching and support to the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in sales roles.
  • Strong sales background in the fenestration industry or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
