Sales Enablement Professional

Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting our Marketing and Sales teams to deliver key objectives. This will involve collaborating with the Learning & Development team to ensure employees receive comprehensive training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales outreach to warm, qualified contacts
• Manage nurturing of designated prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Monitor and triage Request for Proposal (RfP) initiative
• Support RfP responses for clients and prospects
• Manage and update sales collateral for new business opportunities
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and initiate opportunities
• Support sales enablement campaigns via email marketing platform (Campaign Monitor)
• Keep our CRM updated with opportunity status
• Represent PIB EB brand at external events, conferences, and internally
• Collaborate with wider Group stakeholders on cross-selling initiatives
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to deliver cross-function activities
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, financial literacy, and the ability to engage and build relationships internally and externally. They will also be highly organised, computer literate, and able to juggle multiple deadlines.
