Product Enablement Specialist

The Product Enablement & Transformation team at Goldman Sachs is a global team that enables the company to effectively manage its vendor population, supply chain effectiveness, and travel & expense processing through the platforms they maintain. As a Product Enablement Specialist, you will work with senior leadership, process owners, and vendors to drive supply chain value and achieve Corporate Planning & Management's objectives.

You will own the Product strategy for our Professional Services Procurement Product, primarily driving the platform strategy of Fieldglass, and partnering across MSP products. You will have a bias for user experience, seeking to refine the product and drive user-centric platform strategies to make the buying process seamless, orchestrated, controlled, and transparent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with Engineering and development teams to communicate business requirements, data migration, testing, and deployment of new infrastructure capabilities
  • Analyzing, documenting, and updating business requirements and managing changes made to requirements
  • Developing scorecards and KPIs to monitor and track SLA and manage vendor relationships
  • Pro-actively working with the wider team on day-to-day technical queries related to system logic and performing defect/data analysis

Requirements include:

  • Strong functional skills with 6-8 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass or similar application
  • Strong integration experience with other modules within SAP (Ariba, S4 HANA, Guided Buying, Concur)
  • 8+ years' experience in Source to Pay, Program Management, Operations, or similar
  • Experience in leading at least one large-scale platform deployment project in Professional Services space
