Salary and Benefits

£11.94 per hour (16 hours per week) with additional benefits including discounted hotel room rates, extra days holiday for your birthday, flexible working arrangements, pension, and free meals on duty.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, pastries, and other morning specialties.
  • Ensure all breakfast dishes meet the hotel's quality and presentation standards.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless breakfast service, including handling special dietary requests and guest feedback.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • A passion for producing high-quality food and excellent presentation skills.
  • The ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operation of the breakfast service.
  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef in a similar establishment.
