We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Cricket Mentor to join our Sports Department at Kent College Canterbury. As a part-time, fixed-term contract position, this opportunity will commence until 04 July 2025, requiring a commitment of 5 hours per week in Spring Term 2025, increasing to 10 hours per week in Summer Term.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coaching or playing cricket at a high level, particularly with the 12 to 18-year-old age range. They will be responsible for delivering expert coaching to pupils, focusing on skill development, knowledge acquisition, and technique refinement.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary estimated to be in the region of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The Senior School boasts approximately 600 boys and girls, with a third being boarders and two-thirds day students. Our school received an excellent grading in all categories by ISI in October 2022.
