Estates and Sustainability Manager

We are seeking an experienced Estates and Sustainability Manager to join our team at OnlyFE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the estates function, including catering, facilities, and grounds.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage sustainable development activities for the college, ensuring we meet our sustainability targets.
- Manage and develop the college estate in line with our Estates and Sustainable Development strategy.
- Support the Head of Business Infrastructure in managing projects or incidents related to health and safety, facilities, or estates.
- Lead a diverse team effectively and positively, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety.
- Experience managing the estates of a property or organization comparable to ours.
- Strong health and safety qualification and knowledge.
- Ability to work at a fast pace with a variety of tasks, with a strong work ethic and positive outlook.
