Job Title: Estates and Sustainability Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estates and Sustainability Manager to join our team at Fircroft College. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the estates function, including catering, facilities, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage sustainable development activities for the college, ensuring we meet our sustainability targets.
  • Oversee all aspects of Health and Safety, and the upkeep and development of the College's estates and grounds.
  • Manage and develop the college estate in line with the college's Estates and Sustainable Development strategy.
  • Support the Head of Business Infrastructure in managing any projects or incidents which fall under the remit of health and safety, facilities, or estates.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing the estates of a property or organization comparable to the college.
  • Effective management of a diverse team.
  • Health and Safety qualification.
