Sustainability Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Estates and Sustainability Manager to oversee all aspects of the estates function, including catering, facilities, and grounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sustainable development activities for the college, ensuring the college meets its sustainability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the college estate in line with the college's Estates and Sustainable Development strategy.
- Oversee all aspects of Health and Safety, including risk assessments and incident management.
- Develop and implement sustainable development activities to reduce the college's environmental impact.
- Manage a diverse team effectively and positively.
- Support the Head of Business Infrastructure in managing projects and incidents related to health and safety, facilities, and estates.
Requirements:
- Experience managing the estates of a property or organisation comparable to the college.
- Health and Safety qualification.
- Effective team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sustainable development activities.
