About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse or Pharmacist Prescriber to join our team at Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality substance use treatment and recovery services to individuals across Lincolnshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert prescribing services for opiate substitute treatment (OST) interventions, benzodiazepine reductions, alcohol and opiate detoxifications, and relapse prevention medications.
- Conduct health care assessments, administer detoxification medication, and provide Blood Borne Virus (BBV) screening and vaccinations.
- Work closely with mental health, physical health, and social care services to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Attend local prescribers meetings, one-to-one clinical supervision, and national prescriber/clinician meetings to stay up-to-date with best practices and contribute to continuous professional development.
