We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Right 4 Recruitment. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual care plans that cater to the unique needs of each client
  • Provide support and assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Facilitate community access and participation for clients, promoting social inclusion and independence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as social work, nursing, or disability studies
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
