Communication and Media Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Communication and Social Media Officer to join our team at Professional Construction Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan to promote our brand and services across various channels, including social media, email, and website.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts, that showcase our expertise and thought leadership in the construction industry.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure that our communication strategies align with our business objectives and goals.
- Monitor and report on media coverage of our company and provide timely support for crisis communications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in communication and social media marketing.
- Proven experience in communication and social media marketing, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content that engages and resonates with our audience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
