Communications and Media Officer

We are seeking a skilled Communications and Media Officer to join our team at Professional Construction Recruitment.
About the Role:The Communications and Media Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our internal and external communications effectively convey our key business objectives and messages. This will involve close collaboration with our business units and the central Marketing and Communications team to support various campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop engaging and timely content, both written and visual, that reflects our agreed tone of voice and messages, as consistent with our Communications Plans and Brand Strategies.
- Work with the Communications Manager to ensure media campaigns are consistent across all communications channels and appropriate to the target audience.
- Monitor media coverage of our business and provide timely support, where required, for crisis communications.
- Develop communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and colleagues, fostering strong working relationships.
- Manage documentation and digital content to ensure seamless communication across all channels.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop creative ideas and editorial content for a range of platforms. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
