About the Role

This position involves creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. As a member of our highly skilled and collaborative team, you will play a vital role in fostering academic growth, resilience, and self-esteem in our students.

With over 85 years of combined experience, we provide a wealth of knowledge and support to help you succeed in this specialized area of education. This role is ideal for both experienced SEMH teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) starting out in this field.

Benefits and Requirements

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 per annum, plus statutory holiday pay. You will also benefit from flexible working arrangements, opportunities for career advancement, and a commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Enhanced DBS and EWC Registration.
