Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary SEMH Educator to join our team at the Educate Group. As an educator with experience in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, you will play a vital role in fostering resilience, self-esteem, and academic growth among your students.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching and supporting students with SEMH needs in a secondary setting.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective lesson plans and strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a new one obtained through the Educate Group.
  • Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) to work in Wales.
  • Able to work flexibly to achieve a work-life balance.
