As a seasoned payroll expert, you will play a critical role in our Newcastle-based team, delivering high-quality pension payrolls for leading UK companies.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll administration principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of clients, collaborating with technical pension administration teams to resolve queries and manage daily activities.

  • Carrying out standard and non-standard payroll tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service standards.

  • Entering payroll and data onto the system, gathering information for analysis purposes.
  • Supporting senior colleagues with payroll projects and ad-hoc business requirements.
  • Guiding junior team members, providing feedback and support when needed.
  • Escalating errors and discrepancies as required.
