XPS Pensions is a leading UK consulting and administration business specialising in the pensions and insurance sectors. We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator Lead to join our vibrant office with hybrid working.

As a Payroll Administrator Lead, you will be responsible for managing and running end-to-end payroll processes for a portfolio of clients. You will also be expected to take responsibility for completing payroll processes related to data entry tasks and activities allocated to you while working effectively in a team.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,500 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. You can also expect a range of benefits, including participation in an annual discretionary bonus scheme, 25 days' holiday plus flexibility to buy or sell holiday, and life assurance cover four times basic salary.

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in running end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients. Strong maths and English GCSE or equivalent qualification - minimum grade C or level 4 - is also essential.
