Property Management Coordinator

Osborne Appointments is seeking a skilled Property Management Manager to oversee reactive maintenance and ensure job orders are raised appropriately. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of property management experience and be proficient in QUBE and Windows applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee H&S, FRA, and legal requirements.
- Uphold values and contribute to company culture.
- Obtain quotes and source local contractors for value.
- Create and follow budgets with accounts.
- Verify asbestos reports or confirmations.
- Participate in and lead training and team events.
- Set up and monitor insurance claims.
- Send updates via SMS and email for urgent issues.
- Source local contractors and manage contracts.
- Reduce costs and improve service by building contractor relationships.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years Property Management experience.
- Knowledge of property management principles.
- Proficient in QUBE and Windows applications.
