Rail Infrastructure Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced engineer with a construction background to join our team in delivering major rail earthworks and drainage projects. This role involves working closely with the design team to ensure buildability of the design, planning access and construction methodology, and liaising with stakeholders throughout pre-construction.

The successful applicant will be involved throughout the life-cycle of the project from pre-construction to closeout, attending client meetings and site visits as required. They will also be responsible for mobilizing site facilities and managing a site team through the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input with the design team to ensure buildability of the design
  • Planning access and construction methodology in coordination with a supply chain
  • Liaising with stakeholders throughout pre-construction
Requirements:
  • Civil Engineering Degree
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • PTS preferred but can be undertaken as part of role

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile rail infrastructure projects, developing your skills and expertise in geotechnical engineering and project management. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
