About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Signalling Maintenance to join our team at Network Rail.

This is a critical role in the daily upkeep of the rail network, and as a Team Leader, you will be responsible for directing and inspiring a high-performing team involved in inspection, faulting, maintenance, and renewal.

The ideal candidate will have experience in organising and controlling the safe and efficient delivery of work, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance techniques. They should also be a clear and inspirational leader with a strong sense of direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and organise a high-performing team involved in railway infrastructure maintenance

  • Develop and implement plans to meet business objectives
