About the Role:

Railway Operations Manager plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient train crew deployment at Western House Integrated Control Centre in Swindon. As Crew Delivery Team Leader, you will lead a passionate team of Crew Delivery Managers, responsible for delivering traincrew to the right location at the right time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a high-performing team
  • Supervising and managing team performance
  • Collaborating with the Head of Rosters and Resources to achieve business objectives

We seek an experienced leader who can foster strong interpersonal relationships, drive results-oriented teams, and navigate changing demands within the UK's busiest rail network.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in line management and people development
  • Strong knowledge of the GWR network
  • Computer literacy in Office 365 and railway-specific applications

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
