Key Responsibilities:- Handling customer enquiries, booking service/repair orders, and raising quotations.
- Assisting with collections, managing customer complaints, and providing support to external sales teams.
- Coordinating with the Service department and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Ensuring orders and quotations are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Reviewing customer purchase orders, maintaining accurate customer records in the database.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues or delays in service.
- Handling requests for expedited orders and following up on outstanding items.
- Identifying process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Providing feedback to refine customer service practices and staying updated on product knowledge.
