Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Property Inspections Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide a proactive and strategic inspection service to our clients, carrying out building inspections and producing detailed inspection reports. The role requires strong organisational and time management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out building inspections on behalf of clients and produce detailed inspection reports, identifying tenant compliance and wants of repair.
- Build relationships with tenants to better understand their business needs and risks.
- Ensure compliance in respect of Health and Safety and statutory legislation for both tenanted and Workman managed properties.
- Work alongside Property and Building Managers to follow up on inspection findings.
Requirements
- Full UK driving license.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (desirable).
- NEBOSH Fire Certificate (desirable).
