About the Role

We have a unique opportunity to join our specialist Court of Protection and Management of Personal Affairs team within our highly successful Private Client department in our Taunton office. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a key role in supporting clients while also being instrumental in executing our growth strategy. You will have an existing caseload to work on, as well as support for business development and networking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in a variety of private client matters, including Court of Protection and Management of Personal Affairs
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Private Client department
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent client service and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Private client expertise and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A compassionate and considered approach to client work
  • Ability to engage with people at all levels
  • NQ-3 PQE or comparable Legal Advisor experience
