Luxury Packaging Account Manager

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Packaging Account Manager to join our Spirits Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of luxury spirits clients, developing and implementing account plans to drive growth and retention, and providing exceptional project management and client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual account plans to manage and grow client relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, identifying development potential and closing sales orders.
- Utilize CRM software to prepare and approve commercial costings, prepare client quotations, and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with the Operations team in the product development and manufacturing process.
- Deliver exceptional client service, balancing client expectations with business needs.
- Develop key relationships with multiple clients, cultivating and maintaining good long-term partnerships.
- Stay on top of current industry trends, market activities, and competitive landscape, soliciting feedback from clients and visiting trade shows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years Luxury Packaging Account Management experience, ideally within Spirits.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and excellent business sense and financial management.
- Experienced in defining product requirements and services that best serve the client and the business.
- Ability to handle multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of various materials, print techniques, and willingness to experiment with new materials and methods.
- Great communication and influencing skills, with the ability to negotiate and close sales orders.
- Analytical and IT-savvy, with a focus on administration and organization.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK and abroad.
