About the Opportunity
  • Leading and supervising a team of care assistants to deliver person-centred care to our residents
  • Collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered
  • Administering and recording medication, with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents
