Oculus Legal Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Estate Administration Specialist to join our private client department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire process of estate administration from start to finish with precision and care.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and managing legal documents, ensuring clients' wishes are clearly and accurately represented.
- Autonomous file management, taking full responsibility for your own cases with minimal supervision.
- Providing exceptional service to clients during their most critical times.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in executry and private client work at a Paralegal level.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
