At Aberdein Considine, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Real Estate department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team to deliver high-standard client and service propositions.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing emails, letters, and calls, as well as creating and closing files, performing conflict and money laundering checks, and typing audio recordings.

In addition, you will support the commercial property purchase, sale, and leasing process, record and track department fees, and monitor payment and recovery. You will also create, issue, and chase fee invoices, manage client debits and credits, and prepare LBTT returns.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong administrative background with experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
