Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical support in high-frequency, time-critical environments.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in Windows, Linux, VMWare, and Cloud.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve the team's efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in ICT.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in an ICT environment.
