About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Philanthropy Lead to join our fundraising team and drive the growth of our individual giving programme.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging strong relationships with existing supporters to increase donations
  • Developing new fundraising strategies to grow our individual giving programme
  • Working closely with our communications team to promote our charitable activities
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in fundraising and donor development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative fundraising strategies
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
