Job Description

We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Estimate and manage construction costs, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction professionals, including site managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Assist in establishing client requirements and undertake feasibility studies to inform project decisions.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual claims and support in disputes, ensuring that the client's interests are protected.
