Job Description
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. This includes estimating and buying takeoffs, providing advice on contractual claims and support in disputes, and managing and maintaining relationships with construction professionals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quantity Surveyor should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, and a thorough understanding of construction methodologies and industry standards. They should also have excellent numeracy skills and proficiency in cost analysis, as well as proficiency in relevant software and technology.
