About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MRI Radiographer to lead our Radiology department at Clifton Park Hospital in York. As MRI Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of radiographers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of radiographers to deliver high-quality imaging services
- Develop and implement imaging protocols and procedures to ensure best practice
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective and safe delivery of patient care
- Contribute to the development of the Radiology department's strategic plan
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Person Specification
We are looking for an experienced MRI Radiographer with a strong background in radiography and leadership. The ideal candidate will have:
- HCPC registration
- A good understanding of governance within imaging
- A broad knowledge of imaging procedures
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of RIS/PACS management
