About the Role
Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Limited is seeking an experienced MRI Radiographer to lead our diagnostic imaging team. As an MRI Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality imaging services, focusing on person-centered care and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of MRI Radiographers to ensure effective and safe delivery of patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve imaging services and quality of care.
- Collaborate with other management colleagues to ensure effective and safe delivery of patient care.
- Work with the senior leadership team to strive for a CQC "outstanding" rating.
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- HCPC Registration.
- A good understanding of governance within imaging.
- A broad knowledge of imaging procedures.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of RIS/PACS management.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
- Passion to deliver high-quality diagnostic services.
- Evidence of post-registration development.
