About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MRI Radiographer to join our team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our Radiology department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of radiographers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of radiographers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality imaging services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective and safe delivery of patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
