About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MRI Radiographer to lead our Radiology department at Clifton Park Hospital in York. As MRI Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of radiographers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of radiographers to deliver high-quality imaging services
- Develop and implement strategies to improve imaging services and patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective and safe delivery of patient care
- Manage and maintain imaging equipment and facilities
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements

Person Specification
We are looking for an experienced MRI Radiographer with a good understanding of governance within imaging and a broad knowledge of imaging procedures. You will have sound written and verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
