This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus a 10% bonus scheme. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and improvement activities, ensuring the continued delivery of manufacturing service levels through both reactive and preventative maintenance.

The company develops and manufactures a range of branded and private label dairy products, sourcing milk from over 1,700 British farmers. Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure equipment remains operational
  • Delegate maintenance tasks across the team
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests and prioritize tasks
  • Manage multi-vendor suppliers for efficient site stores inventory management

The successful candidate will have expertise in mechanical, electrical, automation, and general engineering maintenance, as well as significant experience in leading and developing a team.
