Muller Dairy, a leading dairy products manufacturer in Europe, is seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and improvement activities at our Market Drayton site.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous delivery of manufacturing service levels through effective reactive maintenance and adjustments. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficient operation of our equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and carry out maintenance activities to ensure equipment remains operational.
  • Implement the Muller Production System within the unit.
  • Delegate maintenance tasks across the unit team.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly.
  • Withdraw parts from stores and log withdrawals in the SAP system for automatic reordering.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical college degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, and general engineering maintenance.

  • Effective team-working and leadership abilities.
  • Integrity and effective communication skills.
