Maintenance Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to oversee and execute maintenance and improvement activities, ensuring the continuous delivery of manufacturing service levels through effective reactive maintenance and adjustments.

The successful candidate will supervise and carry out maintenance activities to ensure equipment remains operational, implement the Muller Production System within the unit, delegate maintenance tasks across the unit team, and respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly.

This role offers a competitive salary, including a £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, 10% bonus, health care cash plan, 33 days annual leave, pension scheme, free onsite secured colleague car parking, and long term career with a company that invests in you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and carry out maintenance activities to ensure equipment remains operational
  • Implement the Muller Production System within the unit
  • Delegate maintenance tasks across the unit team
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly
  • Withdraw parts from stores and log withdrawals in the SAP system for automatic reordering
  • Complete all line manager tasks associated with the respective shift team
