Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing high-end residential builds, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget. The office is located near Stevenage, with sites approximately 1 hour away.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring work progress on multiple sites simultaneously
  • Collaborating with the Construction Director to achieve company targets
  • Delivering premium-quality products to meet client expectations
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

  • Traditional build experience
  • Prior experience as a Contracts Manager in a housebuilding context
  • Proven ability to manage multiple Site Managers effectively
  • Full driving license
