Construction Project Coordinator

About the Role:
This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Key responsibilities include managing site delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- 10 years or more experience in construction project management
- Experience managing projects exceeding £2m
- Excellent commercial awareness and proven track record of delivering profitable works
- Proficient in MS Office and other business applications
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK
