Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals
  • Delivering care that is tailored to the individual needs of each resident
  • Supporting residents with limited mobility to learn new skills and maintain their independence
  • Safeguarding residents from abuse, harm, or neglect, and reporting any concerns to the relevant authorities
