About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team at Bowbridge Court Care Home. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver a high level of care that prioritizes the dignity and individuality of our residents.
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, promoting social interaction and engagement.
  • Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be required to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns.
