About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Team Lead to join our Cyber Support Engineering team at Airbus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 1st line Engineers and ensuring they provide a high-quality service to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 1st line Engineers to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure all SLA/KPI targets are met, and the team is working efficiently.
- Mentor and coach Engineers to help them progress in their careers and develop their skills.
- Provide high-level support to customers, leading by example and demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence.
- Manage a rota to ensure the desk is covered between the hours of 8-5, ensuring seamless support to our users.
About You:
- ITIL trained and experienced working on a service desk with an ITSM tool.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Keen to learn and help with any task required, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
