We are seeking an experienced Regional Health and Safety Advisor to join our safety team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation and corporate procedures, delivering safety training to sites within the region, and providing advisory support to site management and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with operational colleagues and leadership to ensure compliance with legislation and corporate procedures.
  • Delivering safety training to sites within the region.
  • Completing incident investigations and providing advisory support to site management, insurers, and regional leadership teams.
  • Rolling out the health and safety strategy across the region and providing safety and environmental guidance and coaching to managers.
  • Supporting the wider safety team to drive improvements and projects within the region.
Qualification and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced, NEBOSH-certified safety professional with a strong health and safety background and multi-site experience. You will be able to build strong lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and identify improvements to drive a health, safety, and environmental focused culture.
