Oculus Legal Group is a leading law firm committed to driving positive change across business and society. We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team, providing dedicated support to one of our departments and Target Market Groups (TMGs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver performance reports and insights to senior stakeholders, driving business decisions and growth.
  • Manage month-end accounts, validate Work In Progress (WIP), and recommend provisioning to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide financial modeling, analysis, and commercial pricing advice to support business development and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare business cases for recruitment, investment, and partner hires, ensuring a solid financial foundation for growth.
  • Coach and train stakeholders on commercial and financial topics, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other Commercial Managers to share knowledge and best practices, driving excellence in financial management.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong track record in commercial finance.
