About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Year 2 Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of our students
- Implement effective teaching strategies to engage and inspire students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching Year 2 students in a primary school setting
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
