Compliance Administration Specialist

Swift Placements is partnering with a leading legal firm in Harrogate City Centre to find an experienced and detail-oriented professional for a full-time permanent role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in legal compliance and be able to effectively manage HR processes, health & safety policies, and other administrative tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage HR processes and maintain accurate records
- Oversee health & safety policies and ensure compliance
- Administer various legal firm tasks and responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of legal compliance and be able to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary package, including a base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits, will be offered to the right candidate.
