Residential Property Oversight Position

This is a key role for overseeing our properties in Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a strong presence within the development and office, ensuring resident satisfaction.
  • Daily inspections of properties to verify safety and security standards are met, maintaining accurate records according to our procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage external contractors, monitoring their performance and verifying completed tasks.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH RESIDENTS, LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND BUSINESS PARTNERS
  • In emergency situations, act promptly to contact the relevant response teams or authorities.
  • Support sales initiatives, extend warm welcomes to new residents, and assist with their settlement process.
  • Seek guidance from local peers, participate in collaborative team meetings, and foster effective working relationships.
  • Develop essential communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Expand expertise in Microsoft Office software and demonstrate flexibility when learning new systems.
